The Department for Accounting and Reporting deals with socially relevant topics such as sustainability, sustainability reporting and digitalization in accounting. Internationalization plays a decisive role in all of these aspects. The interaction with corporate governance and, in particular, sustainable corporate governance is also taken into account. Current topics in this context are the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and the CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive).
